Portrait Painting

Join us for our six week class where we will explore the basics of portraiture through acrylic painting. 
 
Week 1: Studying and drawing the skull.
Week 2: Exploring basic proportions and angles through the use of a grid as well as exploring painting colour theory and techniques.
Week 3-6: Self-directed painting study.
 
 
If you are a returning portraiture student, you are welcome to begin your self-directed study at your own leisure or be provided an assignment.
 
*Credit will be offered for absences with one-week prior notice. If you are feeling un-well, we will happily reschedule.
