Learn the art of stitching and create something uniquely yours.
In this hands-on workshop, guests will be introduced to the fundamental stitches that underpin embroidered art. With the guidance of an experienced instructor, you’ll learn key techniques for texture, line, and pattern — and discover how these simple stitches can be combined to create intricate, expressive designs.
 
After guided instruction, you’ll have time for self-directed creative exploration, using your new skills to craft your own embroidered patch, wall piece, or personalized design for clothing, totes, or other textiles. Students will be shown how to freestyle drawings or transfer images to a loom. 
 
All materials are provided, including a loom, canvas, threads, and needles, so that you can focus fully on the creative process.
